We had a great stay! The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious and comfortable. We loved the big, comfy bed and the pillows were great. They supplied free water and even gave us slippers. The TV channels had something for everyone!

Had an amazing Easter break! Loved the central location and free mineral water provided by the hotel. the big and spacious room was a plus, and the comfortable bed and pillows made it hard to leave.
The bathroom was nothing special, and the noise from the busy streets outside was constant. the restaurant service was quite slow, leaving us waiting for over an hour for our food to be delivered to the room.

This cozy hotel has a warm atmosphere, where staff treats you like family. Located in a peaceful and safe area, you can easily walk to many shops and restaurants. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, providing free mineral water, slippers and lovely pillows. the TV channels are great and the breakfast is delicious.
The bathroom could be improved with more toiletries.

I appreciated the spacious and comfortable room with great TV channel selection and free mineral water bottles. The location was convenient with many shops and restaurants nearby, and I felt safe walking around at night.
The staff can be a bit overwhelming at times, and communicating with reception can be frustrating as they often require repeated information. room service can take over an hour to arrive, and the bathroom was basic like most in the region.
